My family and I appreciate it and our little ones who are too young to understand we will teach them the sacrifices you make for us! I am thankful for the sport of triathlon. I am thankful for the weight I have lost and the years I have added to my life (and so is my wife). I am thankful for the friends I have made and the inspiration I get from other triathletes. I am thankful for the trips my family and I have taken for this sport. I am thankful that my daughters are taking up this sport and have a healthy life ahead of them.

You ROCK! Congratulations on changing your life and showing others they can be more than average. Isn't it wonderful to be a part of something that is so much bigger than you that others get motivation from you and see the changes in you. It truly is intoxicating and watching it spread is truly a wonderful gift. Happy Holidays my friend. Enjoy them soon the training starts for a successful 09 season.
