I will start adding some files to help with the management of the team. First, I am uploading the official "Race Schedule" for 2009. This has been discussed earlier, I just want to ensure it is accessible on the website.

Here are some additional files to help with race reimbursements. I have uploaded an explanation of how we will prioritize payments. It also includes a quick explanation of what you need for reimbursement (a receipt and a copy of race results). If you sign up through active.com it is easy to log in and obtain a receipt for any race you have done. Race results are usually easy to obtain from the webpage of the race event itself.

I have attached my receipt and results for the Toyota Desert Triathlon as an example.
