My First Long RUn
Team....I have completed my first marathon while in the Marine's. I finished it in 4:35 and some change...my break down was a 10:31 pace. I was tired when I got back. I crampped around my 21 mile mark and my calfs felt like they had a heart beat all by them selves. I wish I knew that we could bring our IPODS or MP3 players, that would have been so much better on the run.
