Thanks a lot...two shoulder AC separations is going to take a while to recover, but I am dedicated to push through it and do some late season races???

37 year old active duty Marine with 19 years of service. 8 years experience in triathlon with 1 Ironman, several 1/2 Iron distance and a multitude of other races under my belt.

Married for 15 years with 3 step children and 3 step grand children. Born and raised in Wisconsin and have been in California for 10 years.

Other interests include golf, martial arts and most anything outdoors.
Goal:
To stay in shape and continue to train and race for the rest of my life
