- I’m on the Team for the camaraderie and esprit. I devote most of my physical fitness effort to MCMAP and CrossFit but hope to better my run time as part of the Running Team. I’m drawn to this Team, though, not for the potential benefits of improved physical fitness, but rather to participate alongside Team members whom I respect and admire, and also to labor for a noble cause by soliciting pledge donations for Navy Relief.
